Virtual Assistant


Position Responsibilities: Administrative and a Brief Description of Responsibilities is provided below:


  • Email Management/Filtering

  • Send emails on my behalf

  • Setting up Auto responders (Aweber, Mailchimp, etc.)

  • Booking appointments with clients

  • Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)

  • Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)

  • Schedule interviews and meetings

  • Calendar Management

  • File Management (organizing files using Dropbox, etc.)

  • Database building and Management (e.g. updating email or contact lists on your CRM)

  • Research on certain topics for blog posts, newsletters or others




  • Hotel and Flight Booking

  • Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)

  • Taking down minutes of meetings

  • Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)

  • Preparing Slideshows (PowerPoint Presentations) 

  • Set-up, manage and update Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

  • Create content and Manage Blog(s) and Website(s)

  • Publish posts on your Blog(s) (content you provided)

  • Online Industry and target market Research

  • Plan, coordinate and manage Webinars

  • Plan, coordinate and manage Conferences (virtual and in person (as able)

  • Draft a strong sales letter

  • Create and draft flyers

  • Assist with hiring processes and on-boarding of staff

  • Find speaking engagements, for me to apply to, points of contact, application process and honorarium information.

  • Work within project management Asana- project management database, become familiar and proficient

  • Develop/Create and manage T-shirt and Specialty Marketing Campaigns

Job Responsibilities


As a Transaction Coordinator, you will:


  • Develop leads from my target market and reach out to them by phone and email, to qualify and schedule new and potential coaching clients and leads.

  • Develop and lead ongoing eBook campaign to increase sales, exposure and get bookings with book clubs and other related reader groups.

  • Manage some aspects of social media.

  • Develop strong coaching leads, targeted to my specific market, using LinkedIn and other Social Media to filter out solid leads and connect by phone/email using script provided.

  • Potentially book paid speaking events with direct sales to colleges/universities and other local and regional agencies.


Pay Scale


As an Independent Contractor, you will receive a flat fee for all closed leads, meaning the client is under contract, the eBooks have been purchased, the speaking engagement deposit has been paid and the clients are under contract and have paid. Paydays are bi-monthly using PayPal.
